Return Policy

At L.A.B Photo, we take great pride in the quality and craftsmanship of our products. Each order is custom-made with care, ensuring it meets the highest standards of photographic excellence.

We offer exchange only for up to a month from when you receive the product. Due to the personalized nature of our work, we do not offer refunds or accept returns. 

However, if your order arrives damaged during the shipping process, please get in touch with us within 7 days of delivery. Be sure to include:

• Your order number
• A description of the damage
• Clear photos of the damaged item(s) and packaging

We will review your claim and, if approved, arrange for a replacement at no additional cost.
